Bodytalk at a Wellness Event in Vancouver

Giving a lady at a wellness event a Bodytalk session while sitting on a chair. One of the things I love about Bodytalk is that it can be done anywhere. You don't have to be laying down on a massage bed to receive the benefits.
I was offering 20 minute Bodytalk sessions here, she sat down feeling a lot of stress in her body, afterwards she commented on feeling very relaxed and her back muscles
had released a lot.People were very curious and wanted to experience a session. I feel when someone is being worked on and they can actually see first hand what a Bodytalk session may look like they they like to ask questions.
I t was a fun event meeting people and sharing Bodytalk and learning about other people modalities.

Bodytalk Assists with Depression

Bodytalk is wonderful for dealing with depression and anxiety and panic disorders. Bodytalk is able to get to the root causes behind the dis-ease and assist the body back to optimal health and well being.
There can be many causes behind depression, often it has a combination of different factors old belief systems, active memories from childhood, sometimes environmental influences and bio-chemical imbalances. Everyone is so different, no two people have the same imbalances causing the depression.
In Chinese medicine the heart is related to joy and sadness. I have noticed from the clients that I see, who have depression are also dealing with heart chakra issues such as lack of self love, no joy in their life, hopelessness. The heart is important organ in creating joy and the blood pumping the joy around the body.Bodytalk is amazing in assisting the client in connecting and releasing those core issues that have been witholding them from feeling joy and love.
